We simply can't remember why we came up with the idea of this page. In general the Dutch are friendly and mostly sane people, who don't need to be avoided.

But we made the page in the original design, so here are some suggestions:

1. The Dutch border. We realy are a small country, so crossing it will mean the end of your stay. Unless you've been here for at least a whole day, the border should be avoided.

2. Coffee shops in Amsterdam. Unless you feel lonely and want to meet other tourists, stay away from those. Some tour operators will tell you they can't be missed. Trust us, you can.

3. The whole country during major football tournaments. Unless you're a sucker for the color orange.

4. Highways between 7.00 - 9.00 and 16.00 - 19.00, unless you love really long lines of cars.

5. The Dutch Mountains. There is a song about the Dutch Mountains by "The Nits". So people start looking for them. If you find them, you didn't pay attention to item 1 of this page.
