This page will be the start of a comprehensive digital tour of the Netherlands (or Holland). It's just a start. The pages will be built in the near? future.

The title needs some explanation. Ot and Sien are to kids from old Dutch childeren stories. They even got their own statue, were the look friendly at everyone that passes. In Englisch their names are pronounced Ought and Seen. As we think Netherlands ought to be seen it wasn't very hard to come up with a name for this page Ot2BSeen.

The tour will be dedicated to Colin White & Laurie Boucke who wrote the book 'The Undutchables', which we consider by far the best preparation for a visit to the Netherlands. It doesn't offer sensible advice on where to go in our country, nor does it help you coping with the absence of everything people always told you about Holland (with the possible exception of bad weather and coffee shops). But it will probably get you in a good mood, which is the right attitude to visit any country. In our pages we will elaborate on our country and our habits with the same accuracy as Colin and Laurie did, and tries to prepare you for a Dutch encounter.

First of all we have to acknowledge the real, trademarked Undutchable site. There you find the real deal. On the other hand, don't underestimate our texts, idea's and information. They are at least as inacurate and certainly less coherent. Enjoy!
